This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Play Keyboard are processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Taiwan and most international destinations.
Shipping availability, methods, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.


2. Shipping Methods

Taiwan Orders

Orders shipped within Taiwan are primarily handled by SF Express (順豐速運).

  • Estimated delivery time: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination area, weather, or operational conditions

In certain situations, alternative local courier services may be used to ensure timely delivery.


International Orders

For orders shipped outside Taiwan, UPS is our primary international shipping carrier.

  • UPS International Shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

    • Fast, trackable, and reliable

    • Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local conditions

Alternative Carriers

In certain situations—such as destination restrictions, logistics optimization, service availability, or force majeure—we may use other international logistics providers (e.g. DHL or equivalent services) to ensure reliable delivery.

The choice of carrier does not affect your order contents, warranty, or support.


3. Shipping Origin

For direct purchases made through Play Keyboard, orders may be shipped from:

  • Guangdong, China, or

  • Other fulfillment locations depending on product availability and logistics arrangements


4. Shipping Time and Delays

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Play Keyboard is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance or inspections

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping fee (unless otherwise stated)

  • The responsibility of the recipient

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery progress is outside of our direct control.


7. Failed Delivery and Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Play Keyboard is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages refused by the recipient

  • Additional fees incurred from re-delivery or return shipments
