For direct purchases made through Play Keyboard:
- Products may be shipped from Guangdong, China or other fulfillment locations depending on availability.
Play Keyboard is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
