Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Play Keyboard through https://playkeyboard.store.


1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, we may approve a refund at our discretion.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the return policy below.


2. Returns (After Delivery)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned in used, modified, or incomplete condition may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective upon arrival:

  • Group Buy products

  • Limited edition or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion


5. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges are limited to the same product and configuration, subject to availability.


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return may result in store credit.

If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Play Keyboard is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
